This project came about after a fake Google review from what we’re sure is a competitor. After checking the name of the person who said that Rob was ‘always late and rude’, we found we had no record of ever picking the person up. As it good practice, Rob reached out the reviewer and asked to advise the dates of travel, but lo and behold, no response.
Google couldn’t be accused of going out of its way to deal with complaints about reviews, and the best strategy really is to ensure your clients are leaving you authentic (and hopefully good) reviews.
So we created a physical card that Rob can hand to first time clients, asking them to leave him an honest review. We had a bit of fun with the travel theme and turned it into a postcard.
